And, I also experience this problem when I connect via RDP to a system which is remote, and which has a one-to-one NAT configured to it. Didn't see a need for that filter anyway and I am running perfectly normal without it.

I think IPv6 isn't needed in your scenario. The firewall usually automatically adds a rule to allow RDP access.
