I did this very late last night so hopefully I did not leave anything out...Happy Syncing. It may be my combination of brand new Windows 7 and brand new (official) Outlook 2010 (not Beta). In fact it is worse - and could there be a connection here.... I restarted my laptop AND I pulled the battery on my Blackberry.
